And then once I bring that pain where it really is and recognize where it really is, that's when I start to address it from the mind level.

I can recognize that since the pain is in me and it's a choice that I'm making, I can make a different choice about it.

So the first step is is not you you're not the problem, I'm the problem.

You're just the excuse.

And since I'm the problem, since this is a choice I'm making, I can make a different decision about it.

Now initially, in our experience, we make this uh we apply this as if I'm the one that's thinking the thought.

You know, it takes a little bit of training to start to think about it from the perspective of this one mind.

So, you know, uh uh initially it's me doing it.

I'm the one that judges you, but now it recognizes me I'm having a stupid thought.

But now since I'm the one that's doing it, I can make a different choice about it.

And the different choice is recognizing that

the separation never occurred.
