So nothing has any value at all.
Which means even the thing I'm judging you about has no value at all.
No positive judgment or no value or no negative judgment.
So the problem wasn't you, but it's really me.
And the choice that I made for the ego.
ris is resulting in the world that's temporary.
That means the thought itself must also be temporary, which means it does not really exist.
Which means the guilt in me can't be real either.
So now I let me off the hook.
I let you off the hook because it was never you in the first place.
You were just an excuse.
And now I let me off the hook because I recognize that the guilt can't be real because the effect isn't real.
You know something is a cause by its effect.
Uh someone is a parent because they have a child.
If someone has no children, then they're not a parent.
Pretty simple.
So if the world that's the effect of this guilt can't be real because obviously it's temporary, so it does not meet the requirements of what is real, then the thought can't be real.
And we start to lose our belief in the thought.
We start to question that is that thought true?
