They have limited discovery.
So if you're a defendant, you're not going to get the evidence that you're going to get if you're involved in a state prosecution.
They've got draconian sentences, really much tougher sentences than at the state.
They got a lot of advantages.
That's why they have like a 97% conviction rate.
So unless you're Mark Cuban, you're probably going to lose.
The mayor has some good lawyers representing him, including I saw Alex Spiro, who had most recently represented Alec Baldwin.

So he's someone who's known for being a really good lawyer, even though he rubbed some people the wrong way.
