There's no crime that they've committed.

And so how can they go and round up these individuals?

As I was saying earlier, and Ken Delaney and tweet, what is the federal law that's being violated?

So.

If they're saying it's because there's a state warrant out there, that is a civil warrant.

That is not a criminal one.

And anyways, even if it was a state criminal warrant, which it's not, there needs to be a federal crime for the FBI to take action.

What is the federal crime?

Is it bribery?

I heard someone in Texas talking about bribery.

How?

So unless there is a federal crime implicated here, the FBI cannot be involved.

And any court that gets involved with this will say, no, you can't do this.

So that's why the legislators can get dragged back, which would be false imprisonment and kidnapping to me.

And then a court would say, no, they don't have to show up.

They don't have to stay in Texas.

They can go.

And then you'd have this constitutional standoff.

But either way, I think ultimately the FBI loses if they take this action.
