I had never heard Lance speak until that video.
And looking at a guy with a voice deeper than mine, in the context of all the hoopla that had been made around his gender identity, it put things in perspective.
The bullet is another example.
If the public doesn't see that bullet, they are going to be misled by people out there referring to it falsely as a full metal jacket, whatever.
But, you know, people are going to take issue with the fact that it will say it hurts Erica Kirk, this process, you know, they're going to deny justice to Charlie, you know, as if to say Tyler is guilty and so therefore his rights don't matter.
It's going to prejudice everybody, including Tyler, including the defendant, because it prejudices the process itself.
And when people don't have faith in the legitimacy and validity of the process, defense or prosecution, it does an injustice to everybody as a whole.
The idea to change the rules midstream now,
for the last day?
What are we not going to see today?
What conspiracy theories is it going to create?
Who's going to think that it was acted against their interests and rights?
Everybody.
So it's an idiotic ruling.
When you split the baby, you kill the baby.
So congrats, judge.
You killed the baby.
As the court knows, we have witness availability problems.
