This is actually the proper way to deal with this, where the administration appeals these matters all the way up to the Supreme Court. And they have not said they are defying Judge Boasberg's order. They're saying that Judge Boasberg's order doesn't apply because, you know, it was at International Aerospace. So as of now, I'm trying to walk people off the edge.
