Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Right.

Um and how many non monogamous relationships fail, but we don't talk about how many monogamous relationships fail, you know, okay, whatever.

It's it is hard.

I mean, like I said, I I'm I'm here on the record saying I think it's the hardest project a human can do.

It's excruciating.

What what would you say are the main obstacles?

Well, I mean, I think those muscles have atrophied, first of all.

I I think it comes naturally our species, but like, you know, if I were to take if I were a a billionaire um and I bought ten acres and plopped, you know, six houses, four tiny houses, you know, a little community center and and gave it to a group of twenty five friends, uh I I would probably expect within five years something would collapse and maybe it fails, right?

So if I took care of all that, all the money piece, just the emotional, just just what it takes to be vulnerable with each other, to be able to sit and listen.

And I think a lot of those skills have atrophied and I will continue to atrophy with all the new technologies and that kind of thing.

Um, but yeah, I mean, I live in Southern California.

I mean, buying land and and you know.

I mean I was I I was two years ago I was I was very close to buying four acres with three other friends.

Um and it was it it was gonna be a really interesting thing 'cause it it was actually three plots of land, so we could have actually legally

built five more houses on that.

But we were gonna be looking at maybe with the mortgage rates the way it was, you know, uh uh eight or nine thousand dollar a month nut with one three bedroom house in the early days, you know, and it's like we were gonna be hustling, you know, bringing in some tiny houses, you know, maybe trying to refinance, hoping interest rates to go down.

I mean, so just the the money piece, the emotional piece.
