So uh

Yeah, I mean it's it's a tricky thing, but um a lot easier in other parts of the country for sure.

Yeah.

There's I d I haven't been to a community that I feel like is just hitting on all cylinders and and nailing it.

Um you know, uh I I think I mean there are different models.

I don't uh with when you think of uh intentional communities, what's typical is some sort of shared collaborative governance.

You know.

Not everybody's on the same footing, but it's not run by one person and it's not like a typical company, let's say.

Although that's

That model can work.

That's kind of a benevolent dictator model.

I'm I'm not here to poo-poo that at all.

Um, but yeah, I mean, it's uh a type of, you know, you usually there's a type of consensus that that happens.

I think the smart communities um kind of modify that in some ways, whether that's something like sociocracy or this a thing called end street consensus, and but like you

You know, how do we work together and and all you know, there's a saying in the intentional communities movement that the the smartest person in the room is the group.

And how do we actualize the group's wisdom?

You know, how do we all put our

life experience in and our perspectives in in a way that what we come out with is going to be better than what any one of us could come up with.
