I mean I I I'll just I'll just say from my i if I were to be a community consultant in this moment, right?

I lots of communities handle things different ways.

Um I think it's good to r it's good to to to see that a lot of us have been brought up in in a in a male centered world.

we have a type of um like

uh what's typical for men, not all men, but maybe what's typical, that process is kind of a bit of a default.

recognizing that that, you know, maybe a a more classically female way of of thinking about things and doing this kind of tribal living, um, it may not be the obvious choice, but but incorporating it and and and having um both be uh

you know, both be present uh as you do meetings.

It's it's a tricky question.

I mean there's a lot there's a lot that goes into that.

But I mean I I know I know a community in ex for example in Costa Rica that was started by two brothers that are that are

Really, really smart and really heady.

Um, and the what they've set up is that they have their decision making process as a community, but then they have a council of women who's kinda the final say.

Or when things get really tough, they say, Okay, great, council of women, you all should, you know, this is on this is up to you.

And they really do hand it over to them.

It's kind of an Iroquois system.

And I think that speaks to just going beyond the nuclear family, like kind of regardless of gender, right?

Like we live in a time right now where, you know, there's a percentage of of men who operate maybe more in a classically women brain way and vice versa for women too.

So I think like just understanding that it's not like because you're a man you're gonna be this way because you're woman.
