I absolutely agree with you.
It's about sustained effort and about that timeline of three years to build a culture.
Again, don't focus on the transaction.
It takes a long time to keep that culture bedded and moving forward and not flip back into the kind of fiefdom of, well, we used to do it this way.
And examples of firms we've been talking to is quite often you'll
speak to a firm that has you know grown over many years and many acquisitions and still people will identify as i work for x but of course i used to work for y we were we were bought by them a few years ago i'm part of that crew so it really takes a long time to kind of um to embed a new culture yeah i think dave has a really good point there as well sorry johnny
