Like, you know, I learned the other day that I used to think a stop sign with a white border around it was optional.
Well, I thought it was.
And then I learned on the radio here that the white border around the stop sign doesn't mean it's optional.
For my entire life, I've been zipping through these stop signs that have a white border on them.
