You can't figure out how to turn it off.
Well, the way to solve that problem is if you have an Apple phone.
I'm sitting here with my little Apple phone right here.
If you have an Apple phone, and people hate me for telling this secret, but if you have an Apple phone and you scroll into settings and you scroll into subscriptions, you will instantly in seconds see everything that you've subscribed to.
And then you can just literally go click, click, click, click, click, and turn them all off.
So it's the easiest way to shut off all these subscriptions.
And it's also the easiest way to see how much money you're spending.
Because as I always explain, like, look, if you're spending $20 a month, that's $240 a year.
Over a decade, that's $2,400 for that one subscription.
And we know for a fact now that people often have $100 to $200 a month in subscription services that they don't really use.
While you're looking, you guys, the last podcast I did, the host, I won't say who it was, looked at his phone and he had 23 subscription services.
And he just scrolled and scrolled and scrolled.
And then he looked back at me and he's like, David, I only use three of these.
Yeah.
And he's normal.
I mean, actually, that's probably a little bit extreme.
But I bet you five to ten subscriptions is very common now for most people.
And then you really have to ask yourself, are you really using them?
And here's what I do, you guys.
When I sign up for things, in many cases now they give you a better deal for a year.
