I go, okay, well, let's talk about what you want to retire from.
People have a long list of what they want to retire from.
Usually the number one thing is their boss, if they have a job.
Yeah.
Right?
But people can make a long list of things they want to retire from.
And that's great, by the way.
It's great to be clear on what you want to retire from.
It's more important, in my opinion, to be clear what you want to retire to.
And I think when you go irrelevant, I wouldn't use the word irrelevant.
What I would say is we've been led astray believing that we should put off our life to retire to something at the age of 65.
Because often we don't have the health to do all these things we think we want to go do when we retire.
And people wait too late to retire to do the things they want to do.
So if someone's like, well, I really want to travel.
Well, great.
Let's talk about how you could do some travel before the age of 65.
Now, Australians travel a lot compared to a lot of people around the world.
But getting a lot of clarity around what you want.
Many things that people want to do don't require retiring.
And so people want to retire because they want to reinvent.
