So I thought that was a really, a really sweet comment, but he was really proud of me.

And he, he was, he was so excited all the time about what I was doing.

And truthfully, like my dad, I talked about my dad in the, in the update of the book, because in the end of the book, I've got a new chapter in.

And, you know, to my dad's credit, we were working together at Morgan Stanley and I wanted to go off and,

Leave California, move to New York.

I hadn't written The Automatic Miller yet.

I'd written Smart Women Finish Rich and Smart Couples Finish Rich.

Was not making a living as a writer and was making a lot of money as a financial advisor.

And I said, you know, Dad, I want to move to New York and I want to go try to help millions of people be smarter with money.

I don't want to just stay in the office for the next 20 years and work with 100 wealthy people.

And to my dad's credit, he said, son, if you want to do it, go for it.
