We want to have kids.

I'm a coach myself.

You see kids too often doing cartwheels on the sidelines for 20 minutes, distracted and entertaining themselves.

We want more time on the ball.

That is what we believe will actually deliver better players and better experiences.

That's what they turn up for is the opportunity to play as much football as they can.

So we're trying to be as dynamic as we can.

So that will be something that we'll be rolling out within the next couple of months.

Obviously, we're trying to improve the experiences across every pocket of the country.

Yes, you play in Leinster now, which is quite well served, but I'm from Mayo originally.

I'm in the right place for me, don't you worry.

But no, I think there are aspects of the country or parts of the country where the opportunity to play isn't the same.

So we want to standardize that.

We also have completely overhauled our coach education platform.

So we've got a really strong record of good coach education in the country, but we've redeveloped all of our programs.

We've digitized a whole lot.

to make sure that access is more readily available.
