We want to get as many volunteers engaged with the game as possible to create that environment that's safe, but also welcoming and fun.
So that is our core purpose, to enrich the lives of people through positive football experiences.
If I was to fast forward to the end of this, I would love to say that we have qualified.
One of our KPIs will be to qualify for a major tournament, men's and women's.
I think we're on a good track with the women's team now.
We've secured back-to-back wins against Poland in the last round, which gives us a preferential playoff route.
Even though I sat with Carla Ward yesterday, she doesn't want a playoff route.
She wants to be France and Netherlands in the next round and qualify direct.
But that would be very powerful to be in Brazil next summer.
Our men's national team, obviously, are, I suppose, on a really positive trajectory.
I think everyone can see that, the work that Heimer has put in with the team, the backroom team.
But we have a really unique occasion here in hosting Euro 2028 with seven fixtures in Dublin.
And, you know, I am confident that we will be there on merit.
But if not, we still have a very high likelihood of a backdoor entry by virtue of that hosting.
Okay.
So I want to make sure that we capitalise on those two occasions to inspire that next generation, to see that numbers grow, but also ensure that we as an association play our part to improve the service levels, to improve the environment.
And that's what we wake up every day trying to do.
Yes, we believe so.
So within the coming weeks, we'll be introducing new playing formats, which is slightly more progressive than what we've done before.
So a lot more small sided games.
