Pillar two is around football development.
So we want to elevate the standards that everyone experiences globally.
I think, you know, growth in the game continues to be strong.
We're at about 250,000 registered players now.
That's circa 10% growth over the last three to four years.
But actually, if you look at it, the women's and girls game in particular is booming.
So by virtue of our qualification, again, that's the power of the international teams.
Exactly.
So we qualified for Australia, New Zealand World Cup 2023.
And over the last three seasons alone, we've experienced a 79% growth in women's and girls registrations, which is staggering.
But we want to make sure that we can continue to develop that pathway and ensure that, you know, there's age and stage appropriate formats for every child that wants to play.
And then within the League of Ireland, I said our big focus for the coming couple of years, having secured that government funding, is to deliver on it now in terms of that academy development, because not only will it be a kickstart to an industry akin to, say, the movie industry or the horse racing industry,
But we also believe it is the future for our future Ireland players.
And we want to make sure that the absence of development that they've had by virtue of Brexit, so they can no longer go overseas to UK clubs for those formative years of 16 and 17, that they're able to get that quality coaching contact time here in Ireland in their environment.
Yeah, no, it's probably about 110 or 120 different KPIs in our strategy.
So it's kind of difficult to pin it on any one.
The reality is we want to see more people playing football.
And...
Yes, we're a national governing body that people primarily associate with international teams, but that's nearly a vehicle for inspiring the next generation.
We want to see as many kids strapping on boots week in, week out.
