I absolutely cherish this role.
It's an absolute honour to kind of lead your national football association.
But there is added complexity to it in terms of being an international body.
There's huge amounts of travel, be that with international teams or UEFA or FIFA commitments, etc.
So I would tend to be on the road.
Maybe I would argue about it.
There's kind of protocol that is commonplace within international football where, you know, if you're a visiting delegation, it tends to be the president and the CEO that would represent.
But where possible, obviously, we've got a fantastic team.
So John Martin is...
our director of football.
He joined us maybe back in September.
He's previously CEO of Shamrock Rovers, and he's really taken up the mantle on quite a few aspects of what we do.
And Christina Kenny is our chief operating officer, and she has come with a wealth of experience in football
digital space and renewable space so I've got really trusted deputies there that I can lean on but more often than not there are roles that I have to fulfil and I'm blessed to have the support of my wife and kids to allow me to go and do it I suppose.
Yeah, no, it's a really fair question.
And, you know, as someone that has previously held the role of chief operating officer where you kind of have to be working up and down,
It's definitely a transition.
It's a journey that I'm on as well, if I'm entirely honest.
But I am blessed to have a really strong team within the leadership team of the FAI.
And I suppose you reference there, what's your leadership style?
