I've always prided myself on being quite a collaborative leader.
I try and empower people to get on and do what they do.
And I think if you look at...
Some of the progress we've made in certain aspects, like the transformation program, Aoife Rafferty, our people and culture director, has been a huge asset to us to drive that forward.
Or our League of Ireland Academy's proposition to government, Mark Scanlon, again, huge ambassador for that.
So I look across the breadth of the team, see where the strengths are, see what I can help, you know, I suppose.
elevate and dip in and out but yeah it's about drawing on the full resources of the federation to make sure that we can describe to me your perfect day in your job if there is such a day
The perfect day would be, you know, the sheer, well, there's two elements to it, I think.
The sheer elation of success.
So to see an international team get a win or get a result or something, you know, powerful like, you know, that moment in Hungary.
Oh, my goodness.
I try and not get too emotional about a result, but it was hard to contain it.
Because you realise that's what we're all in it for.
But equally, you know, it can be just as powerful to go down to Bally Ulster FC and Coach Academy on a Saturday morning and see the smiles on the kids' faces.
And, you know, quite frankly... And call themselves Troy Powers.
Exactly, yeah.
And, you know, there are a lot of challenges that we face.
You know, running any sporting body is difficult.
But it is those moments when you actually take a step out of the office and see the value of it.
Or even, you know, going down to a football for all event
