It is what we're doing.
There's so many positive things around Irish football.
And I think what we really need to do more is try and, I suppose, promote that a little bit more because it is genuinely a real anchor for many communities in this country.

I remember some of the media commentary was, you know, why are the FAI pursuing this?
Is it distraction tactics?
No, it was a strategic play by the FAI because one, hosting it will deliver a huge financial benefit to the association, circa 8 million in terms of hosting benefits.
We also have access then to a legacy pot of money that is combined contribution from government of Ireland and ourselves, about six million.
But then we have the added benefit of near on confidence of qualification, which would deliver another eight to ten million.
You might as well close the country.
Yeah, that's the financial benefit for Irish football.
But the benefit for the economy, for the country is untold.
Government have been hugely supportive at every step of this journey.
Look, I think if you reflect on the Europa League final in 2024, Alexander Sheffrin, president of UEFA, said it was perfect in every sense of the word.
So we're in a really good starting point.
It doesn't come cheaply, though.
I think the reality is government will be investing circa 93 million to support the delivery of UEFA Euro 2028 in Ireland, where we'll host seven games.
But for that, they're anticipating a 450 million return to the Exchequer.
