It is solid business sense to invest in this.
But the reality is, I think, as a nation, the value that it's going to derive is going to be unparalleled.

But when we are playing three games at home and the Aviva and the group games with home advantage, the increased, you know, potential of going deeper into the tournament that that brings the country is going to be a wash of green and it's going to be a real celebration for football.

Like I suppose uniquely for me, it's nearly going full circle.
So I used to work for the English F.A.
and back in 2018, getting off the plane from Russia, we conceived the idea of bidding for a World Cup in 2030.
It then expanded to the UK nations and then it expanded to the UK and Ireland.
And I headed up that bid.
So for me to be able to be the catalyst for what was a World Cup 2030 and then evolved into 2028 now to see us a couple of years out from hosting it, I hope to be part of driving it home.
But it's a huge shift.
Dublin City Council, the government, Transport for Ireland, everyone needs to come together.
But we've got a really strong track record of delivering now for major events in this country.
And I think we're very confident it will be expertly delivered.

No, we had been collaborating with the GAA on the use of Croke Park, which, as we know, is a fantastic facility and huge capacity.
