In uh that's like the guys who parachute in fires to try to break the advance uh in Montana's first district.
There are candidates in Pennsylvania and Ohio and Maine, uh all of whom are working class running uh on on those kind of kitchen table issues, but uh from a progressive perspective.
And we're gonna get a test of this conventional.
wisdom that only moderates can win swing districts.
We're actually gonna find out if that's true because there are several seats uh where that tet proposition is gonna be tested.

Oh, I think it's very possible that they're gonna say, Oh, well that was just the wave.
Uh and the key is whether they can win an election next time.
So the the goalposts will shift to progressives can't win swing seats to progressives can't win swing seats twice.
Um so yeah, I mean I think we're gonna see that that kind of shifting.
But um I think actually it's really important for governing
to have a different kind of and a different set of candidates in these districts.
And and a lot of people told me this.
You know,
Majority makers get listened to in Washington.
So if there's a big piece of legislation, uh often you'll see the leadership say, Well, you know, I have to talk to my majority makers.
I gotta talk to them to make sure this isn't gonna hurt them in their swing districts.
And tip typically that's sort of an excuse that covers for I don't want to frustrate my corporate donors.
