Um but at the same time, yeah, our universe is what, six billion years old and hundreds of millions of light years across.

So none of these words have any meaning whatsoever.

But our brain can't really

make sense of it.

So I think a lot of what we're trying to do is

Just not being stuck in my brain.

And for me, my brain was the my worst enemy.

I my head was doing horrific things to me.

Terrible things.

And I just had to get out of my head, w whichever way possible.

So it could be a fake identity, could be drugs, could be self harm, um, whatever, it might be football and things like that.

Um yeah, so our brain is and that's why we're talking about like the medicalization and psychologization of our sense of reality and identity.

We're more than just our brains.

And I think coaching can really help.

To r just chill out a bit around.

It's not just about the brain or brain problems we're trying to solve here.
