To be honest, Grex is a really busy spot, and we get orders like that all the time.
I mean, 144 bagels to one customer is slightly high, but we will have people coming up and picking for their office, for their team, for their family, and they'll pick up five dozen, they'll pick up eight dozen.
So 12 is on the higher end for one customer, but we are in business to produce lots of amazing bagels.
So, Greif's family got into baking in Hamilton in 1915.
We celebrated our 110th birthday this year.
Sam Greif started in Hamilton.
And then his son, Arthur, helped to invent, you know, what is known as the Greif's Bagel.
And it was carried on by his son, Moish.
And then my partners in the business, Noreen and David Gronowski, we were all like, we loved Greif's.
We loved the heritage of the business.
We loved the
culture of the business.
So a few years ago, Moishe passed away.
They bought the business from Moishe's wife.
And, you know, our goal is to just care for the the brand bagels and our customers and our key.
Oh, no, it's not a trade secret.
You know, it depends on the day.
You know, weekdays are different than weekends.
Typically, you know, we can do, you know, on a slower day might be around 10,000.
We can get up to 15 and even up to 20.
