We're always busy, but this definitely made us busier.
I mean, we love the bagel business.
Every day I love being at Grice.
You know, our bagels are, really are a part of people's lives.
So that's one of the great parts about this business, you know?
Uh, I get that.
Like bagels are great for sharing.
It's an affordable way to feed a family, feed a crowd.
And, uh, you know, like this shop at Bathurst in Toronto is, uh, it's a part of the part of the community and our bagels are by extension a part of our customers.
flies their birthdays holidays weekend mornings you know and i would just also add that we are a frequent stop on the way to the airport our bagels have i i've been in the store and we've had customers saying they're taking our bagels to japan uh we had england recently we've had it taken to south africa so we know that we are a stop on the way to the airport for sure
Look, it starts with having an exceptional team.
We're really lucky to have a team that really cares, really cares about the product, really cares about how the bagels come out, how our customers feel.
I think it starts with that.
And
So we're typically starting the first mix goes in at 1.30 a.m.
You know, that's where the first mix starts.
So our team comes in in the dark and cold of night and, you know, turns on the lights and start mixing.
