And so that's why I worry so much about this wealth tax in California and the conversation happening about instituting a wealth tax, which is really an asset seizure throughout the United States.
It sounds good in principle to take money from the rich and give to the poor.
It sounds fair.
It sounds right.
It sounds just.
But it is a violation, I think, of one of the reasons the United States was started.
And there are other policy paths that can be taken to fix the wealth inequity, to fix the injustice
to make sure that the wealthy do pay their fair share and to address some of the policy issues that got us to this moment and hopefully not get too far down the path where we can't actually reverse them.
So I think it's really important that both sides, politics, politicians and all that, take a look at this moment and say, number one,
We recognize the state that we're in.
We recognize how fucked half of Americans are.
We recognize how much we fucked this country up through these idiotic policies.
Stand up and say they were idiotic and what we got wrong.
And then be really clear about the changes that need to take place because otherwise you are going to have tyranny slash anarchy, which are both basically the same happening over the next couple of years in the United States.

aspiring politicians have said, we want to put a wealth tax in on people over X million, 50 million.
Some people have said 10 million.
Some people have said 1 million.
And you see how quickly it kind of has cascaded down.
Because again, once you open the door that says the government can take any of your property,
