They never investigate, they don't audit, they don't check, nothing.

So Nick surely starts going around looking for the transportation companies.

And it's like a liquor store.

He's like, where's the transportation company?

The liquor store guy's like, there's no transportation here.

It's like a burrito place, like a deli, like all of these places are just like transportation companies.

Tens of millions of dollars a week just being given out.

And by the way, this is not a race thing.
