And as I say, for me, Derek McInnes absolutely deserves to be in that pool of manager of the year contenders.

incredible incredible for John McGlynn and again you've got a touch on the style of play as well you look at the way that he plays his football um excellent brand of football that he's got on the pitch but also a lot of players that have went up through the leagues from league one to championship into the top flight that he's kept and he's made them being able to handle the the levels um going up the leagues as well so I think there's a huge amount of credit to go to John McGlynn

he's done a fantastic job he's still be pushing right towards the end of the season he'll be wanting to try and catch Hibs it's going to be a tall order but certainly one that he'll be looking forward to trying to grasp that that fifth place in the league but yeah he's had a brilliant brilliant season and he'll be absolutely delighted I think one of the things that people look for are teams just generally overachieving what did people expect that Falkirk would be doing

yeah listen there's a lot of cases out there you mentioned Neil Lennon Scott Kelleher at Inverness who's had an outstanding season they've been deducted five points as well so listen there's a few candidates out there that probably will be looking and wondering what happened I wonder about Falkirk as well because the style of play that they played in the championship was very attractive they got a lot of praise for that and

against your Celtic your Rangers your Hearts all your best teams in the league when there's high pressure on that you're playing out from the back you're passing through the thirds on the pitch there's a lot of pressure doing that because you're wide open you're exposed if you lose the ball so you've got to trust your players on the pitch listen they put a lot of work in it they work Monday to Friday on their game the way they want to play and the players have absolutely delivered because

I think that the difference between the championship and the premiership, the way that Falkirk have played, is probably the intensity that had to lift it.

They had to lift their intensity of play, the way they move the ball.
