Can staff comment on, I believe, if the site is zoned as office or commercial and residential as much as Stevens Creek is?

I believe our Mooney Court says if you choose to do 40% affordable housing, then you can get 100% residential.

Can you clarify that?

And so how could we use that to our advantage to get the 40% affordable housing out of each site that we select?

But if you got 100 ADUs, how many of those ADUs would be affordable units?
