Specifically, I'm willing to do an in-lieu swap of unaffordable gas for affordable housing.

I would not target our cheapest gas stations.

I would focus on gas stations that are prohibitively unaffordable.

Through the chair, I would just add that I would be opposed to the Valley Church or any church being zoned up, but specifically the Valley Church because they are also a recreational space.

The tennis courts there are a thriving facility for sports and more importantly for students that are taught tennis at that location.

So I would be opposed to taking away our ability to teach students and to maintain recreational facilities in Cupertino.

So the Adriana, how many units are there?

And I know staff mentioned something about downzoning Adriana.

What does that involve?

So was staff looking for a motion to down zone that tonight or just directional guidance?

And would any future motion then require the addition of a site with the equivalent number of units?

So to clarify, we were not designated as a housing element site?

And then my last question here real quick.

So I'm looking at the map of De Anza Boulevard north of, I guess, north of Stevens Creek, northwest, the western side.

Large parts of the western side are not being

designated as potential sites.

But much of that are office properties, so would like to see that.

Is there any reason it wasn't?
