I would be interested to see if the sheriff's office would make that statement in an official capacity because that's the first I've heard of it. low-confidence

If you look at all the research and all the studies out there, the data is actually in the opposite direction that properly designed protected bike lanes don't meaningfully slow down rapid response or police response. low-confidence

there's actually a slight improvement in response times. low-confidence
