No, I'm back running.
I enjoy getting outside.
You know, busy house, work for myself, the peaks and troughs.
And
Back running has probably given me a bit of balance.
And thankfully, we've had some great weather recently, which more reason to get out.
Do you run every day?
I'm probably up to about five days, five to six days a week.
And what mileage would you do a day?
Well, it all depends.
Like, roughly speaking, my easy runs now would probably be in and around the hour.
So, like, the way I... Without getting too detailed, you know, 5-minute K pace.
So, 12K.
That would be an easy one.
And then depends on a few sessions thrown in there as well, interval-based stuff, probably roughly around the hour again.
And then the long runs will probably be anywhere from, like, 90 minutes plus.
That's amazing.
So, it's hard.
