So the minute she crossed the line, you kind of know how they're feeling.

And in fairness to her, she said, yeah, absolutely no problem.
And she didn't need to do that.
Like again, she's finished fourth in the Olympic Games.
Her whole world probably crashed in that moment.
Yeah, look, it's very hard.
It's very hard to go, yeah, bang, she's going to medal.
I think she's got all the talent and all the attributes to do so.
But an Olympic cycle is so long.
It's four years.
It's a career in many ways.
So I think if everything went really well and there's improvements year on year, she'll definitely be in the mix.
But the problem is her event is very tough.
and talent just keeps getting churned out every year and straight away even already this year you're seeing some phenomenal times over one lap so it's highly competitive and I think if you're not improving each year then it might become a bit of a struggle so there's always that pressure and I think for Rashida you know she's changed a lot over the last couple of years she's in a good environment a good group she loves her coach she loves her training group and
This year will be a big year for her because I think, you know, if I'm honest, I would have loved her to run indoors and to go to the world indoors and get a global medal.
And I think mentally for her, maybe that would have relieved a little bit of that pressure of kind of getting a global medal.
