So the next generation, like, you know, my lad Oscar loves Femke Ball, like, you know, oh, daddy's interviewing Femke Ball, you know, and that's great.
Yeah, it's money, yeah.
It's a really interesting one because I can understand his logic behind it.
And, you know, I think throwing 100 grand, so basically you run two events and it's kind of if you get the most points out of those, you win 100 grand.
So it is substantial money for athletics and the athlete in particular.
And I think that's where he's trying to make it that it's something that the athletes want to compete.
Because one of the issues athletics has over the last couple of years is that our big athletes aren't competing that often.
And there's not many head-to-heads.
So that's where this kind of Grand Slam thing, right, the best athletes will compete on a regular basis.
And it's interesting to see the longevity of it.
Like, I know it was only recent before it all kicked off that they had a broadcaster, you know, so I'm not sure there was time when there was no broadcaster involved.
So they wouldn't have been able to leverage much money for that deal.
No.
And then you're kind of going, OK, well, like, you know, what's the longevity of the money behind it?
Because it's expensive.
And even the next one is in Philadelphia and it's a three day event and they've cut it to two days.
So it's already... So you're kind of beginning to kind of go, okay, why is that?
I would have liked them to put one in Europe.
You know, I think America, the Americans, do they really get behind track and field?
You know, when you had the world champs in Oregon, like, you know, it wasn't, the crowds weren't that big.
