So facilities still are an issue and access to facilities.
But that's one area.
And then I think it's the kind of the policy that goes with that kind of pipeline and, you know, nurturing that talent all the way up.
And you mentioned the Dutch.
The Dutch have a fantastic system in place.
Lauren Moulier is a guy, he's a Swiss guy, who operated in Switzerland originally, then the Dutch got a hold of him, brought him over, and he's put a whole structure around kind of their sprints, one lap, 400 metres, 200 metres, and look at what they're producing.
So again, full-time, full-time system all around that and services.
So we have pockets, we have...
Some good facilities in certain places.
Then we have, say, like Abbottstown, which through the Institute of Sport has some really excellent world-class facility and world-class services.
But the one area that's missing out of all that is coaching.
So coaching is not full-time.
So there is money available as a bursary to many coaches, but that's not going to fund them full-time.
And there lies probably one of the key problems.
We're still very reliant on volunteers.
Is there somebody that's kind of looking at all the potential talent coming up and going, okay, he needs to move or she needs to go to this coach.
Who is the lead coach in that event in the country?
We don't have one.
who is good and has competed at a high level.
He's kind of looking after that side of it now where he like coordinating, okay, the talent coming through, what coaches are available, upskilling the coaches.
