So that's ongoing, which is a positive.
That's not in place for sprinting at the moment.
So like that's, there's a bit of a gap there.
So we are reliant probably on the high performance kind of director kind of working on that now and putting people in place to say, you know, lead the relays, for example, and make sure that they're all, like everyone's coming together on a regular basis so we can make sure that we have the best athletes competing together.
So there still is a lot of work there.
Now, in fairness, there is.
Like Athletics Ireland have like, they increased their,
their membership fees by three euro there about two years ago and ring fenced that money to directly go into coaching and high performance.
So to make money available.
So people, let's say, if you're coaching an athlete and they're going away on a training camp that, you know, there's a bit of,
few quid there that you can go and support that group of athletes, you know.
So there still is a bit of work there.
And, you know, again, it's just the volunteers.
That's what the backbone of the sport is still volunteers, you know.
Yeah, and look, you're going to get an element of that.
But I think what's important is that, you know, we're trying to bring it all together because athletics are so many different events.
And this is kind of hard.
We can talk about soccer.
We can talk about like boxing, rowing, where it's generally the same sort of movement.
