You know, whereas when you look at athletics, there's running, jumping, throwing, walking,
you know, endurance sprinting, there's an awful lot, which means you have to bring in an awful lot more people, which unfortunately costs an awful lot more money.
And that's one of the key issues that we've had, you know.
And also, if you put a sprints kind of lead, you know, it has to be someone that's respected and someone we'll actually listen to, you know, because someone might go, what does he know?
What does she know?
I'm going to do my own thing.
And that can happen too in any sport.
So there's a bit of work around that, but it has worked
quite a lot for the endurance aspect of the sport and we're seeing good results in that all the way through from like, you know, 1500s all the way up to marathons.
Right.
You know, by pulling people together, you know, creating links internationally with different coaches so if we do have someone coming through who maybe we feel needs to go abroad to get that exposure, well, what are our links with people?
Mm-hmm.
And that's why even like say with Rashida over with Coach Flo in Texas, like that's a phenomenal link to have and maybe hopefully try and utilize that and build that, that if we have talented athletes coming through, that the opportunity to go over to say University of Texas, get an education and train in essentially a world-class environment could be something that we could harness a little bit more.

Well, doing a bit of everything as well, soccer and GA and the rest.
But we've seen massive interest in athletics and the wait lists are huge, you know, from young boys and girls.
