So we found that we had a meeting with our family and I remember a couple of things about that.

One of them is uh my oldest son Mart, who works in in our ministry today, says, Dad, we're not dependent on you, we're depending on the Lord.

So that was good to take some

weight off of me and my son says my son, my younger son says, Hey Dad, you know, would you come over to the house?

I'd you know, ask some questions for you and s for dinner.

So I went over there

And I don't remember him asking me any questions.

I just remember him quoting Bible scriptures about debt.

Now we've s we started by borrowing six hundred dollars.

So uh I uh the only thing I can say is we really need to know what God would have for our lives.

So that's what I have uh that that's all I can say.

Because I started with their with debt and but I think there's a lot of scriptures about debt.

Twenty years ago or so we said we're not gonna have debt and it took us about three years because when we got of debt we wanted to do th three things and we wanted to take a longer time instead of just getting out to debt debt quick, we wanted to get out of debt, we wanted to grow our company and uh at the same time and and so that was uh that was what we did, and so God helped us get out of debt and for the

the last 25 years, how Hobby Lobby has had zero debt other than a line of credit to buy Christmas.

So we have no debt.

But it's because God doesn't for us, not for you, but for us, God does not want us to have debt and there's plenty of scriptures that would that would let us know that God hates I th I think He He wants us.

Sometimes we can use debt as our as how we're gonna grow instead of saying, No, no, God, this is your business.
