High performance is about making players comfortable to perform, giving them the best opportunity to perform.
And everybody's got a different view on that one.
I suppose those experiences in Gloucester and with English cricket probably challenged what I would have come out of the Irish rugby system.

I knew you boys have both experienced it.
I wasn't good enough to do it.
But coming off the back of a Lions tour, the challenge that's faced in getting players, and in this case for Ireland, with all our staff involved,
getting them through the season and performing at the level that we saw Ireland perform.
Outside of the French game, we were a little bit better in Italy, but the transformation in our team, that was very much due to Andy Farrell's influence on what he brought to the team preparation in those weeks.
And for me, from an Irish point of view, Tommy, be careful what you wish for.
We've got the best coach in world rugby coaching our team at the minute.
