Is that the traditional January tactic of a manager saying, I can do with a bit of help here?
Yeah, he needs...
Yeah, I wasn't, and I'm a big fan of David Moyes, I always feel that if you've got not enough subs, there's always an academy player, surely you can put on the bench just to give him an opportunity, someone that's doing well, just let him come and just feel it, smell it, see what it's like to be in and around that dressing room.
But anyway, he chose to do it that way, that's fine.
But I think they will need a couple of players for sure, you know, but he says you've got a couple of great players coming back from AFCON, Dewsbury Hall, I'm not sure when he's going to be back.
But once they get them back, Branthwaite as well must be, feels like it's going on a little bit, that injury.
But I'm a big fan of his as well.
So that today was an unbelievable result.
As I say, I didn't see it coming whatsoever, but it just shows you with Davey.
He knows that a set team that would be difficult to beat.
And then they had that killer moment.
Branthwaite back in training this week, actually, the week just gone.
Jamie talks about he knows how to set his team up, particularly away from home.
I mean, they're a bit of an anomaly here at Everton in that they are better away from home than at home since David Moyes was reappointed as Everton manager.
Ten wins away from home since he was back in charge.
Unbelievable.
You know, he's going to be talking about that to the players and saying, you know, the away wins have been fantastic since he's come in.
It's now turning the home wins, home performances into wins and, you know, getting them as level as what they're doing with the away wins.
You know, maybe it's a psychological thing with being a new stadium, players getting used to the surroundings and, you know, when they go away from home, it's not so much pressure, but...
You know, they'll take today's one with the away win and, you know, hopefully that will breed confidence when you go back home and play in front of your home fans.
