And what economists are saying is that many economies around the world are experiencing this K-shaped economy.

Now, the one that is actually going upwards kind of reflects what is happening to the wealthy people.

They are just getting richer and richer because they own assets, they probably own property.

Properties, they probably own a lot of shares.

And what they're saying is that they seem to be doing okay.

But the bottom leg of the letter K is the one that is sloping downwards.

And these are the people who are struggling at the moment.

These are the ordinary people who are saying, and we go back to that word again, inflation.

There is inflation in the system, and we're not really benefiting.

Now, many economies, such as Malaysia, have been telling the world.

And their own people, that the economy is doing great.

They're growing at about five point six percent a year.

And yet there are people out there who are saying, Well, I'm not feeling any of this at the moment.

And so when they had three state elections in Malaysia, the ruling party they lost very badly.

And so now the Malaysian government is, well, I think they've just woken up and smelt the coffee and they're saying we need Malaysian coffee is very good, by the way.

And so what what they're saying is we need to do something because otherwise we're going to be voted out of power the next time around.
