they did this test of unhealthy people and they found out they all had one thing in common, they had several things in common.

One was high sodium.

And so they concluded that high sodium is one of the reasons all these people are unhealthy.

Had nothing to do with it.

You just happen to be studying all unhealthy people.

And you're right.

When they come to find out years later, it's like, well, that actually wasn't exactly true.

I salt everything.
