There was a stigma that
testosterone is going to cost and you know testosterone killed this NFL player and testosterone is going to give you roid rage and almost all those myths have been you know have been debunked let me tell you if if you get on testosterone
The reason why you're a bigger jerk now is because you were just a skinny jerk earlier.
You just didn't think you could do anything about it.
Now you're just a little bit bigger and you think you could do something about it, but you're always a jerk inside.
I've heard that as well.
And from just friends and personal experience, I really don't know how true that is.
It very well could be true, but I'll tell you why I question that.
Two reasons.
dsh today to get started that's select quote.com slash dsh is uh an individual study of a friend of mine just logically the the body's pretty amazing um and it does rebound pretty well um and yes if you introduce testosterone the the body's not dumb and it goes okay i'm getting extra testosterone i don't i don't need to make as as much because i'm getting it somewhere else yeah
And if you stop taking testosterone, it will take it a little bit.
But the body also will eventually realize it's not getting testosterone from an external source, and it will kick back up.
And that is debated.
But I had a friend, we'll just call him Jason.
His motto was, you know, live big and get buried in a big coffin.
Just wanted to live that bro life.
And this was in my 20s.
30s he falls in love and gets married and he even tells his wife's like hey we're probably not gonna have kids like i've been on testosterone my whole life in fact i'm probably gonna get off of it uh he got off of testosterone his blood works just fine uh took him a couple months and he's got three kids wow so yeah i don't know how true i'm not i'm not saying it's completely untrue but i'm also saying i don't so many other things have been untrue at at
I just look into that.
And when it comes to data, nutritionally, what the scientists have told us from the 80s to the 90s to now, nutritionally, has been wrong before.
