who ages well at some point and i don't know i'm not saying this point is now it's probably not next year it's probably not the year after that but at some point you look and you go are the rigors of playing shortstop worth it for what he can provide to this team and should he be playing third base to and i don't know if it's less stress at all actually um i'm just saying if it is
You need to make that choice, even if he can still play a high-level shortstop.
I will tell you a little thing that concerns me about Bobby Witt.
His bat speed has gone from 74, and we've only had three years of tracking, so we don't know what he was in 22 and 23, but 74.7 miles per hour in 24, 74.3 last year, 73.8 this year.
He doesn't.
