Too much red tape, too slow decision making and the decisions just need to be faster.
But again, I had a very good meeting, same meeting this week, and I think that will move forward too.

You know, and that's why we employed, we announced earlier this year, we're employing an additional 300 postmen and postwomen because we're growing so fast.
So we need these facilities.
We will get them.
They're no cost to the government.
They're funded by Unpost.
We need the borrowing cap raised so we can borrow the money to fund it.
But that's all good business.
It will happen.
And as I say, you know, you've got to deal with a degree of risk aversion and different roles.
The state has the role to protect its assets.
We have the role to grow and provide a public service.
I absolutely can see it.
And I have to say, I think we need to look closely at those committees and how they operate, because I'm not sure that that's necessarily a good process to be raking people over the coals.
Yes, you need accountability.
Of course you need accountability.
But it's got to be in a way that doesn't create such fear that decisions aren't made.
