I understand fully how England's academy system works.
Like if you look at it, a lot of these boys, once they hit 16 in England, they go in full time.
They're in five days a week and they'll play a game on a weekend.
That'll end up being double sessions on a Monday or Tuesday, depending on, you know.
But you're looking at the bones of three hours on a Monday, another 90 minutes was four and a half, 90 minutes on Thursday, 90 minutes on a Friday, and a game on a Saturday.
So you're looking at a grand total of, say, 10 to 12 hours without really pushing it.
That's just kind of the standard week.
But that starts, JD, all the way down to...
like seven and eight.
Like, I know Hull's Academy train three times a week for two hours.
That's six hours straight away.
And then that's... Those boys are also probably playing with their own grassroots clubs.
They're playing games.
They're playing tournaments.
Like, my own son trains three times a week.
And it's just...
that's, it's, it's so difficult because I look at it in, in Ireland, we have so many sports where, you know, certainly with the rugby, I know not, that's not the full country.
Certainly in my own county in Cork, like, there's a lot of lads end up going, but then we've got Hurling, we've got Gaelic.
