And then you see it at times where, you know, kids shouldn't play multiple sports.
I know we've had that conversation on here before, but it's so difficult because, like, if I use, I've been in Cork, you know, obviously I was involved in Cork City for last year.
We've, say, Killian Murphy, a young boy who's doing exceptionally well for Cork.
We're very fortunate Killian's in fourth year in school.
Killian's been able to train every day.
You know, we've other lads who've been doing their leaving cert and they will be in training some days.
They couldn't be because, you know, they're obviously preparing for their leaving cert.
They've got exams.
When exams came, they're doing the exams.
And I'm fully on board of kids getting their education, but it's finding a way that
like in England, kind of after your junior cert over here to your GCSEs, them boys come in full time.
I know there's a big, there's a big push around Ireland now around this transition year courses.
I know there's quite a few of them popping up all over Ireland.
Be interesting to see the programs they're putting, you know, they're putting together.
It's certainly, it's,
it's it's you'd have to you'd have to change an entire model almost like it's it's a case of like how can we I don't know is it areas putting schools in areas where kids like I know Manchester City do it they obviously partner with a school the kids go in train in the morning go to school for the day go straight to training
It's like, to be honest, JD, there's just so much entailed in it.
And then it's so difficult.
Like when I look at... You look at then if you want to get the first team level, you're looking through the League of Ireland and the First Division, the facilities, the stadiums, the training grounds, all that.
That needs to improve.
