And I kept thinking, okay, so let's use my price models and see if we can find the answers.

It was like an aquatic, a quadratic equation that solved the problem.
And I studied every empire for three and a half thousand years.
And it didn't matter what technology, where it was, we all rose and fall the same way.
And I had this sort of thing on the back of my neck as I'd realized, wow, we really do pattern and cycle.
And that was when I created the five stages of empire model.
And I even started to recognize empires that were not just simple empires, as in one nation, but complex empires, like the Roman Empire that basically was a Roman Empire that split West and East.
And as the Western Empire died, the Eastern Empire continued like a tree with a branch.
So that was a super empire.
And then that began to explain how European history had evolved with the Portuguese and the Spanish and then the Dutch and then the French and then the British, the biggest of them all.
And Germany tried twice as a Christian country and then an atheist country.
And America, the last of the Western Christian empires.
And in fact, what that really was, was a super Christian empire, which had regionalized, which was normally the first stage as a Catholic system and as Protestant belief systems had liberalized thought.
