They are broken down so suddenly other
perspectives are possible and that is some of what people are experiencing, that they get a new
angle a new insight, new meanings, and new understandings and and often a a sense of coming to terms with some things.
Sometimes that happens during the experience, sometimes in the period r after the actual experience when it starts to make sense.
That people
often feels some sort of reconnection that people can have felt estranged in their depression from
