I've had a really good camp, uh full twelve week camp this time, which uh, you know, I've never actually done a full twelve week camp before.

I'm like I've been boxing uh for like sixteen years, but I've never like applied myself for a full

week camp.

I even had three weeks leading in where I was like, okay, this is the start point.

Okay.

Uh but it's I've my my problem has always been like the whole rip, tear, and bust.

It was like you just used to train like an idiot, right?

But um well I I prefer a madman.

But when you've got like 12 weeks ahead of you and I'm I'm uh quite realistic uh in my

Approach to training.

I'm like, if I if I go all out too soon, I'll I'll I'll burn out as well, you know?

Yeah.

So yeah, it's been a really good camp.
